How long does it take for my order to reach me?
Once payment is made, we will process your order within 1 - 2 days, then will let you know when's the earliest installation date as soon as possible
How do I proceed with payment?
To proceed with payment, add your item to cart and click "Buy Now". Continue with 'Checkout', and there will be a step-by-step process. Our payment options are FPX, Credit Card, eWallet.
How much does the shipping fee cost?
West Malaysia: FREE SHIPPING (KW1000 ONLY)
Klang Valley: FREE SHIPPING & INSTALLATION (ALL MODELS EXCEPT KW1000)
Note: Installation coverage in Klang Valley is up to 30KM from our office. Additional charges may apply if more than 30KM.
Do you deliver or have installation services to other states other than Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor)?
No, unfortunately we do not offer to deliver or have installation services in other states except for model KW1000.
Why your delivery and services only cover Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor)?
In the past, we have tried to ship via courier to other states, many of customers complain that the item received are not in good condition or are left damaged by the courier.
Therefore, we made the decision to only focus on Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor) areas where our customer is able to experience our water purifier at its best!
I would like to install Konigway Water Purifier other than Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor).
As mentioned above, we do not offer installation or delivery service to other states, but if you know how to self install, we are open for you for self-pick up your order.
Do take note that the our warranty coverage is in Klang Valley only, so in future if there is any issue with the water purifier, you have to bring to our office in Klang Valley for us to do your warranty claim.
